We are learning about the different types of graphs in math.
We have been learning about the different parts of a plant and what they need to grow. We have been watching some bean seeds grow. We have also looked at the roots, stems, leaves, and flowers of a marigold plant. As an assessment, the students made a beautiful flower and labeled the parts of the flower and included the things it needs to grow.
On Friday, we will visit ladybug nursery, the public library, and Discovery Park. Please get your permission slip returned as soon as possible.
The first grade is planning an end of year program. It is scheduled for May 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the gym. We hope you can come.
