In spelling this week we will focus on the consonant blends tr and st. We will add the ending ed after doubling the final consonant. We will also spell words with the short u sound.

We will be learning more about geometry and solid shapes this week in math. Homework on Wednesday will be a shape hunt around the house.
We had a wonderful time at the play last Thursday. Thank you Mr. Oldroyd for getting us a bus ride to the play.
We will continue practicing for our play at the Bard's Birthday Bash.
We will be learning about the different continents and learning some mapping skills. We will also be planting marigolds for our unit on plants that will be coming up.
